The Eastern Ontario Development Program (EODP) Helps Black Cat Video Spread the Word



More people now know about Black Cat Video thanks to business development funding through the Eastern Ontario Development Program (EODP).

EODP funds helped Black Cat Video enhance its advertising and promotion campaign through various forms of media in an effort to expand its customer base and increase the services they provide.

Black Cat Video Owner Suzanne Clements says “This wouldn’t have been possible without the EODP funding".

Black Cat Video offers a wide variety of services including video sales and rental, a convenience store as well as an internet cafe.

EODP is a $10-million Government of Canada initiative which promotes socio-economic development in rural Eastern Ontario, encourages a competitive and diversified regional economy, and contributes to the successful development of business and job opportunities and sustainable, self-reliant communities.

Clements says “many thanks to Terry Besner, Community Economic Development Projects Manager at the SD&G Community Futures Development Corporation for all the help.”
